5、慢慢倒入蛋黄糊,搅拌均匀成可可糊

6、打发蛋白,分三次加入砂糖80克,蛋白打至中性发泡,提起来软刮板有尖尖角

7、放入1/3打发完成的蛋清,上下翻拌均匀,

8、然后将余下2/3的蛋清全部倒入搅拌

9、倒入模具,震出气泡,放入烤箱,温度为120度,时间为50分钟.
